Thomas founded the company in 2018. He is a former region CFO and CEO at General Electric with over 25 years there. He brings over 15 years experience in Real Estate & Financing.

Eric Chamberlain

Eric runs our renovations and operations teams. He brings over 40 years of operating and building experience to our projects.

Naomi Konditi Kivuvani

Naomi is the Managing Director of our Kenyan affiliate - BRP Management Limited. She has over a decade of experience operating properties and ensuring strong asset values.

Patti Smith

Patti handles the heavy flow of financial transactions that come with an active portfolio. Her CPA and extensive experience in Real Estate make her invaluable.
